• When will I receive my reward?

Claims are processed within seven (7) business days of claim entry. If your claim meets all program requirements and is approved, your physical Vredestein Visa® Prepaid Card will arrive in 6-8 weeks.

• Is there a limit to the number of claims I can submit?

Yes. Each household/email address is limited to one (1) reward per new set of four (4) qualifying tires purchased in a single transaction, every 12 months. You can track your reward status by visiting www.vredesteinpromotions.com and using the "Check Existing Claim" option. You will be asked to supply your Claim Reference number and email address.

• What is the purchase date?

The purchase date is when your tire order was placed with the dealer, not necessarily the payment date. The first date to appear on the invoice will be taken to be the purchase date when validating the application. Please ensure the date falls within the program start and end dates.
